This old hunting boomerang was bought from a museum in Maryborough, Queensland that closed its doors in 1985. As can be seen it is an old and well used piece with ochre banding decoration at both ends. Most of the pieces in this museum were apparently collected at the start of the 20th Century so this piece would be quite old. Length is just over 26"
