This large carved crocodile, as can be seen by the foot ruler, is 56" or nearly 5' in length. The piece was collected by an Australian public servant in 1968 and bought back to Australia at public expense. The carving is very good and the piece would be great for scaring the neighborhood kids if left at the front door.
